ENQUIRY
Following your enquiry we will begin to chat about what you / your brand require, the vision and the packages available. We also offer custom packages for those that required something a little bit more unique!

BRIEFING / PREP
Once a package and booking date has been decided we'll schedule in a briefing call together so we can get to know your brand, any ideas / vision and the specifics on what exactly you require. Following this call we'll send through the invoice for 50% deposit + any other details required to get things locked in.
03.
THE WORKS
We've been planning + preparing in the lead up to the day to ensure we have everything we need to cultivate on brand + high quality visuals for you. The shoot itself can take 1-3 days depending on scope, and branding packages have a lead time of 2-3 weeks from start date to initial draft.
04.
FINALS
We've been working hard in the background editing + designing so we're ready to share the work with you! You'll receive all the draft edited images via an online gallery to your email (photography) or direct email file (branding). From there you'll be able to review + handpick your faves. Once you've finalised your selects we'll get to the retouching phase, then share the final works with you once complete + balance payment is cleared.

How do we book in?
Well for starters - we're already excited!
To begin your journey send us a message either via our enquiry form or via email. From there we can begin the conversation about what you / your brand require, your vision and the packages available. We also offer custom packages for those that required something a little bit more unique!
How many photos will we get?
We'll always supply you with more photos than your selected package so you have a range to choice from. Allowing you to handpick your faves and figure out what works best for your brand / socials / website.
And look we'll be honest - often we do go a little 'over the top' with the quantity of shots and get caught up in the creative excitement and beauty of your products!
How will we receive our photos?
You'll receive all the initial edited and watermarked images via an online gallery direct to your email. From there you will be able to handpick your top picks, and then we will get to retouching. Following that we will release all of the final shots with you via the same online gallery - where you will be able to download them in a range of resolutions suitable for web / print / etc.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, we do indeed! When we share the initial gallery with you they will be draft images - edited and watermarked.
Once you have decided on your favourite shots we will get onto retouching these images. This is where we perfect the images of all marks, scratches, finger prints, blemishes, etc and really sharpen up the images!
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for photography projects is approx. 2 weeks from shoot to final images! Our branding packages are more of a 3-4 week turnaround.
This can sometime change due to project type / image quantity and workload at the time, but we will always keep you in the loop.
How far in advance should we book in?
We feel so incredibly lucky to have the chance to work with such beautiful clients, and have been fortunate enough to book up approx. a month in advance. So it is always worth getting in touch as soon as you can and booking something in early!
How do we get our products to you?
The easiest way to get your products to us is via post - the cost is that of the client, but this is super exciting as it means we can work with anyone from anywhere across the world! We do allow some drop offs if you're local to the Brisbane metro area. We are also able to return your products to you via post if you request - just include a return bag / slip or let us know so we can allow for this cost in the invoice.
Do you travel?
We are definitely always open to traveling for a shoot! Just drop us a message and we can chat about what that requires and we can put together a custom quote for you. We are also open to location shoots - so let's chat about what you need and what hire / travel fees may apply.
What is your payment terms?
50% deposit is due prior to the works commencing, and then the balance is always due prior to the release of any final files.
